‘the Zig in the Zag’
20150224 / Project 365
Whenever I hear the word zig or zag my mind shifts to fond memories of my friend Al. I met him a few years ago when I wrote and photographed an article for the Spirit, a Lake Geneva Magazine. Al was a World War II veteran with colorful stories .. when I asked him about his purple heart he said, “I zigged when I should have zagged.” .. This image really has nothing to do with Al, but it’s zig in the middle of the zags reminded me of him. .. thank you for listening .. Al was called home to Heaven about a year ago so I dedicate this image to Al’s memory .. the zig in the zag ..
