Cross Jump deck of cards workout A workout I made up today jumping rope Deck of cards style: Explained: Anything Hearts is the number X 10. So 10 of hearts would be 100 jumps with the 1 lb rope. Diamonds is a speed rope X 10 for the number that comes up. Spades are mountain climbers X 10 But face card spades are 10 Burpees Clubs are toe touch ABs x10 and face cards are 10 Burpees (like spades). Jokers are freestyle cardio jumping rope with speed rope for 10 minutes. At the end, I have to admit I skipped toe touch ABs maybe 4 times … It took me 1:06 hours to complete. It was a sweaty kick butt workout – a nice change it up sort of thing!
